Sept. 8
Traffic stop for loud music. Out on patrol of campus.
Student had an asthma attack at Maxwell Hall. Called Monticello Police Department for an ambulance so the student could be transported to the emergency room.
Checked on the student from Maxwell Hall who had the asthma attack at Drew Memorial Hospital. Everything is OK. Back on patrol.
Unlocked vehicle at the Memorial Classroom building.
Sept. 9

On patrol. Completed lighting chart.
Opened Babin Business Center Room 213 for the baseball team.
Monitored traffic on campus. Out with a group at Weevil Pond. Advised them to stop ringing the bell and checked their I.D.s.
Monitored traffic. Not much activity on campus. Issued citations.
Went to the Fred J. Taylor Library and Technology center about fire alarms.
Patrolling all areas of campus. Everything appears to be OK.
Sept. 10
On patrol. Locked the University Center, Science Center,
MCB, Music Building, BBC, Willard Hall and Harris Hall.
Took down flags from the Convoy Leslie Cotton Boll Stadium.
On patrol. Lowered the flags to half mast in observance of 9/11.
Call from family housing about band students parking in housing parking lot and taking up all of the parking spaces. Out at family housing to issue parking citations. Back on patrol.
Sept. 11
In office to issue parking permits.
On motor patrol in parking lots and worked traffic.
Traffic stop with UAM student for speeding on Scogin. 39 in a 20. Issued UAM citation. Back on patrol. Traffic stop with UAM student in the same place for speeding. 36 in a 20. Issued a UAM citation.
Traffic stop with UAM student for no stop at a stop sign on University and Scogin. Issued UAM citation. Traffic stop with UAM student for loud music on University Drive. Issued verbal warning.
Received a call from Maxwell Hall about a student having difficulty breathing. Upon arrival, the subject complained of severe chest pain and tingling in the fingers. Contacted MPD and requested an ambulance.
Boost at the University apartments.
Raised the flags to full staff.
Sept. 15
Out at Band Hall for a boost. In office to work on statement and report from student being taunted by a non-student.
Approached by Maxwell Hall resident requesting to unlock her car. Her room key was inside. I opened her room for her, after verifying residency, to obtain her spare key. Out at the Emergency room briefly to verify that an accident victim on the Old Warren road was not a student.
Sept. 16
In office to issue parking permits.
Back on Motor patrol. Traffic stop with UAM student for speeding on Lakeshore and loud music. Issued UAM citation.
In office to work on report. Back on patrol. working parking lots and traffic. Traffic stop with UAM student for loud music on University Drive. Issued UAM citation.
Locked Music Building, BBC, Willard Hall, U.C. and MCB. Secured Band Hall and Art Department.
Campus patrol. Out at Bankston Hall to investigate suspicious noises. Negative contact on source of noises. Continued patrol. Out at Bankston Hall to take report. In the office to take statements and conduct interviews.
Sept. 17
Out at Math and Science center for an unlock. Out at Field House for vehicle boost.
Out at Bankston Hall for fire alarm issues, cleared the building. While in the process of clearing the building, discovered illegal substance and two toy guns.
Out at library for loud group call.
Out at MCB for medical emergency, on the scene with UAM nurse. Went with female to nurse's office.
Out at the pond. A group of students were ringing the bell. spoke with two large groups of students. Locked the Band Building and Art Department.
Back with students at the pond. Checked I.D.s and advised them it was time to quiet down. Back on patrol. Checked I.D.s around campus.
Sept. 18
In office to work on arrest reports.
Patrolling all areas of campus. Everything appears OK.
Received call about Band Hall ready to be locked. Out with group being loud at Royer Hall. Made traffic stop. Secured the BBC, Art Complex and Willard Hall.
Continue patrol. Back at Royer with group of students. Explain why they had to have their I.D.s. Check students' I.D.s. Back to Royer to ask group to leave after receiving noise complaints.
Patrol campus. Out at Crackerbox to assist MPD.
Sept. 19
In office to issue parking permits.
Out at University Drive and Drew Central to work two vehicle accident. Tommy's Wrecker Service towed one vehicle.
Out at Judge Harper's office for first appearance with subject.
Out at Public Safety Office to take hit and run report from student.
Traffic stop on Scrogins for failure to yield and reckless driving. Issued municipal citation for failure to yield only.
Back in office for report when called by RA in Maxwell about a girl being forced into a car. Went to Jeter Hall and looked around. Noticed fraternity having a social gathering and decided to investigate any leads. Upon entering the fraternity room, noticed many underage individuals and alcohol all over the room. Proceeded to confiscate all alcohol in the room and record names of all persons under the age of 21. Received call from public safety officer and informed him of the situation. Officer came out to Jeter where citations were issued and took all alcohol to the PSO.
Informed of social gathering situation at Jeter Hall. Interviewed several of the participants and issued citations for minor in possession of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of minors
