Disclaimer: The commentary is based on opinion mixed with facts. During my time with the voice, I noticed many readers are offended by my rhetoric and sometimes even attacked me, (this is nothing new). well so far I’m not dead nor has anyone called for my assassination, LATELY.

The black and latino vote became the deciding factor of outcome election over the last 40 years.

To further understand the black and latino vote, a small history lesson for the readers will be necessary.

The 15th Amendment proposed in 1869 ensured colored Americans the right to vote without penalty. The amendment ratified in 1870. Thomas Mundy Peterson is the first black man to ever vote in the state of New Jersey.

The Voting Rights Act of 1965 insured the enforcement of the 15th amendment in all states. There is no real history of who was the first Latino American to vote.

The black vote for many years has been disenfranchised until the black vote became an importance after the death of  Martin Luther King Jr. in 1968. Charlene Mitchell became the first black woman to run for president in 1968. Mitchell represented a Communist radical party group (I bet Russia and China would be proud).

Democrat Congresswoman Shirley Chisholm ran for president in 1972. Chisholm lost the race but became the first legitimate African-American candidate for president. And there’s the Jesse “Jasse” Jackson run for president in 1984 and 1988.

Republican Benjamin Fernandez ran for president in 1980. Fernandez lost the race but became the first Hispanic-American candidate for president. Former Clinton loyalist (backstabber, traitor, ungrateful liberal) Bill Richardson ran for president but dropped out due to lack of support.

OK, I got the nice guy part out of the way; it’s time to turn on the truth afterburners.

The black vote means spit; the latino vote well “if” they can vote if you know what I mean.   44 percent of blacks are in prison, which means they are felons that cannot vote.  Over 20 percent goes for latinos.

Black voters are going to vote for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama (the long-legged Mack daddy from the windy city) because he’s black, not for his extreme uber (super) liberal policies. The same can be said to the white voters will vote for Sen. John McCain (Bush Dunce III) because he’s white and not his adopted Bush neo-conservative policies.

Latino voters are more loyal to their party affiliation, unless the immigration issue comes up, then it’s a toss-up. Amnesty sympathizers will vote only to the candidate that supports open border policies (both candidates) and unlimited taxpayer money for illegals.

Black and latin Americans lean toward Democrats; Cuban Americans lean toward Republicans thanks to President Regan for giving the Cuban people amnesty from vile Cuba dictator Fidel Castro. Some Latinos are known to vote republican because of Republican ideas and policies.

I myself, an Independent Conservative, will vote Republican only if the Republican candidate demonstrates my best interest at heart and mind; otherwise, I will not vote at all.

I believe this is the year of the “Idiocracy” voters. None of the voters are voting for the right reasons, and historically black folks fall victim to this trap. Just like when Bill “Dirty Pimpin” Clinton ran for president and won due to the majority of the black vote.

Black voters even donned Clinton as the first “ Black President” because he treated the Negroes so nice and dandy. Clinton gave Gov. Bill Richardson as an Ambassador to the UN.

After all the favors the Clintons did for blacks and latinos, when it was time to support Sen. Hillary Clinton (First Lady), most of the blacks and latinos high-tailed out to the “magic negro,”  Obama. What has Obama done for you? Nothing but owed you “hope” and given you “change” in your pockets.

Richardson sold out for Obama instead of backing up his support for Clinton. Richardson owed the Clinton’s everything. Before the Clinton’s got elected, Richardson was nothing more than a Congressman. I see the black vote turning against Clinton and gave it all up to the “smooth talking, pimp walking” Obama.

This is a loss for the black vote because it cannot be trusted. Some the Latino vote has turned against the Clintons in favor for the “thin resume” opponent. This is the ultimate betrayal by the Black and Latin super delegates to turn their backs on the Clintons and go to this nobody that wants to “body” your taxes sky high.

If Obama loses or wins and breaks all of his promises, guess what? The black and latino vote will crawl back to Hillary Clinton like the cockroaches they are. Asking and begging for forgiveness will be long overdue. Black voters even called Bill Clinton a racist after all these years of helping blacks and latinos, these voters have the audacity to spit on the hands that fed you.

This is why I say that the Black and Latino vote cannot be trusted, nor does it not have an effect on the outcome. The votes can go both ways, depending on how much catering, free government gifts and open borders either candidate is willing to sacrifice.
