Larry’s Pizza: Monticello’s New Restaurant

Monticello City welcomed its newest pizza place on Nov. 4. This will be the fourth pizza place open in Monticello, yummy! This great establishment was founded by a man named Larry White in January 1992. The first location was opened in Little Rock on South Chico Road. The second location was opened at 4500 on Highway 5 North in Bryant. In July 2004, White opened another store in downtown Little Rock. Over the years, Larry’s Pizza has opened 17 different establishments in the state of Arkansas however, they do not have any outside the state. Larry’s Pizza is managed by three individuals. The main manager is Cody Huffman and the Co-manager is Cindy Huffman. The Huffmans were searching for a place to locate their next franchise in south Arkansas. One day they came across the great city of Monticello and immediately knew this was the place for them. They also manage the location in Sheridan. In the process of locating, they have hired several students from the wonderful University here in Monticello, and still are looking for more interested students for employment. Here is a closer look on this establishment. This particular establishment does not sell alcoholic beverages. Their store colors are purple, green and black. They are open six days a week: Tuesday through Sunday at 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. To phone in a order of some delicious pizza, call 870-367-3290 and someone will assist you with your hunger needs. They offer great buffet specials from the hours of 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Dinner buffets are from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday and Friday. Salad bar buffet are Tuesdays through Sunday, kids buffet ( ages 4 through 11, includes drink) are held Tuesday through Sunday as well.
